Good
Didn't stay!
Liked: Not applicable
Disliked: We didn't stay in this hotel. After an hour of trying to get a room through an intercom asking us to fill in a form on our phone because we hadn't completed one, as we never received one! Putting in a password and then confirming it. It kept coming up error. We had paid by then but were so exasperated that we booked a another hotel. We would like our money back as we didn't stay. Other people were having the same problems we had. Avoid! even though it might seem cheap.
Liked: Price and quality is great, tidy and clean. Quiet and great location
Disliked: I liked everything overall
Liked: For a one star hotel, everything was great. The room was nice and clean, the bed was great. A/C, hot water, wifi, TV.
Disliked: Getting inside was a little tricky,. We had to call to get an access code to open the security box to get the room key and to get the code to open the entry door. The rest was very good.
The hotel is ok, but not sensational
Liked: - clean; - central; - a modern hotel that occupies the 1st floor of a residential building; - plenty of sockets (which is rare in hotels)
Disliked: - Thin walls - take earplugs! - staff partly little motivated.
Nice place for an overnight in Palencia
Liked: Clean. Location.
Disliked: Loud, thin walls
