  Paradise, happiness and pure relaxation

  Liked: This hotel is just heaven. Soon as you walk in it smells amazing, then you walk down to the pool and the view, you instantly relax. We have been coming for 4 years, and the staff remember you, and it makes you feel like family. The entertainment was fantastic and especially Daniel, words can’t express how brilliant and funny he was. Constant energy and getting everyone involved of all nations, making it feel like a nice community. The staff are brilliant, happy to help, can have a laugh with all staff. Martina the hotel manager is amazing, comes downs and greets the guest in the morning. Spends time getting to know the guests. If you want a holiday, where you can relax, good food, good views, and having a holiday family then this is the place!

  Great views and a nice week, but wouldn't return

  Liked: We stayed half board - the breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and constantly being topped up. The hotel is as pictured - the view of the sea really is beautiful. Great cocktail choices (although if all inclusive - the best ones would still be a chargeable item, along with the majority of wines and the pool bar snacks). The entertainment team are present without being pushy, so if you are looking for that side of things, it's available, and if you aren't, it doesn't impact the stay. Antonio is a genuine credit to the team! There was plenty of loungers, but I can imagine this would be a struggle in peak season.

  Disliked: The evening meal options, whilst plenty of choice, we found very underwhelming. It does a job, there is food to eat, but it's quite bland, and tepid in temperature. In comparison to breakfast, we found it disappointing. The location isn't great, with not much else around (but something I should have done more research on - not a fault with the hotel). The beds are made daily, but that was all, but the end of the week, the floor really needed a clean. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom meant water stayed on the floor most of the day. If you aren't all inclusive, you can't get a good coffee. The only option is at the pool bar, which doesn't open until 10, and is then served in paper cups.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially because of the beautiful sea view, great location, delicious food, and friendly

  Liked: Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. There are many things we really enjoyed, although there are also a few areas that could definitely be improved. Pros: The location is great, and the view of the sea from our room was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious every day, with a great selection of seafood and very tasty meat dishes. We were really happy with the variety and quality of the food throughout our stay. The staff were polite and friendly. There was entertainment available both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is also within walking distance of Magaluf and Palmanova,around 30 minutes on foot. This is very convenient if you want to go to a club, eat at a restaurant, do some shopping, or buy souvenirs. Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.

  Disliked: Cons: The main issue for us was the number of people. The hotel is quite large and, during the high season, it gets very busy. There was almost always a long queue at the pool bar. Having only one bar may be fine for a smaller hotel, but for a hotel of this size and with so many guests, it simply doesn’t seem enough. Another issue was the sunbeds. I understand that the hotel probably cannot physically fit many more around the pool, so this is more of an issue with other guests than with the hotel itself. A lot of people reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then barely use them. Because of this, it was sometimes impossible to find two sunbeds next to each other. The pool towel policy was also surprising. I completely understand having to pay a deposit for towels, as this is common in many hotels. However, if I remember correctly, there was an additional €2 charge each time you wanted to exchange your towel for a clean one. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I had to pay to exchange a used pool towel for a clean one, and I found it quite strange. Parking is another thing to keep in mind. It costs €10 per day if you rent a car from a company other than the one represented at the hotel. The parking area is not enclosed or particularly secure — it simply has a barrier at the entrance. Again, this was the first time I had stayed at a hotel where I had to pay an additional daily fee for this type of parking. One of the biggest disadvantages for us was the lighting in both the room and on the balcony. There was no main ceiling light in the room, only smaller lamps and ambient lighting, so the room felt very dark in the evening. There was no proper light on the balcony either. For us, this was quite a significant downside, as we simply didn’t have enough light in the room at night. The hairdryer could definitely be improved.
