  Overpriced

Liked: Was ok… reception coming down the stairs smelt very bad as if there was bad drains only on reception level tho

Disliked: Requested to change room from triple to twin as my wife was unwell two days prior to arrival with booking.com and the hotel and booking.com said it was ok and they would get back to me before I traveled. Upon arrival I got charged for three people and could not accommodate me. All that was different was it was a sofa bed…..

This isn’t a 4* hotel but the location was good

Liked: The location was very good and the hotel was very clean! The rooms were nice and very clean! The entertainment staff all were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work

Disliked: The lifts were poor and one didn’t work most of the time! Queuing up for drinks during the day was not great and the glasses too small when you did get a drink! The bar staff need to put SMILES on their faces! Food very average!!
