  Unforgettable off-season getaway

  Liked: I read the comments before and almost all of them proved to be true but the negative ones. The studio was quite spacious with the reasonable storage space. The beds, when pushed together, made the excellent sleeping conditions. The corner, spacious balcony on the 9th floor (right side) gave spectacular views! The bathroom had a nice interior and the shower ensured comforting wash. Friendly staff. We always managed to find a parking space, however, sometimes after a longer time. Anyway, we knew what to expect and were prepared for it so were not complaining. The only minus was lack of wine glasses;)

  Liked: - Great view - Lovely and helpful staff

  Disliked: - Cleaning was weak, room was quite old. - Cleaning staff was making too much noise early in the mornings although the sign silence. - You can hear very clearly what next room is talking or doing.

  Liked: We stayed in Apartment 051 for 10 days and 9 nights. The two-bedroom apartment with a balcony was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. Overall value for money was low.

  Disliked: However, despite being a great spot to relax, the balcony has a severe drainage issue. Rainwater and cleaning wastewater from upstairs flow directly onto our balcony in large volumes through pipes on both sides. This happened three separate times during our stay. Any clothes drying on the balcony would have been completely soaked. Even worse, on one occasion, the wastewater coming from above had a strong smell of urine. Additionally, the customer service and problem-solving skills of the front desk staff, Nico, need significant improvement. Given our lengthy stay, we approached him multiple times for assistance with various issues—such as the under-equipped kitchen (which had knives but no cutting board) and the frequent wastewater runoff on the balcony. Unfortunately, his immediate response was almost always a blunt "no" or a dismissive claim that nothing could be done, which was very disappointing. There is substantial room for improvement regarding these issues, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to make necessary upgrades.
