  Great for kids with entertainment-no alcohol in all inclusive

  Liked: Great for kids, the entertainment team were fabulous. Ice lollies on tap and 3 different pools were perfect. Loads of day time activities and food options especially as a pescatarian.

  Disliked: No alcohol included on all inclusive? Wine / beer on tap during dinner but the wine made me sick - just cheap & yuck. The rooms were very small as 2 adults 2 children beds were all cramped together had to ask for single beds as staying with freind booked twin rooms & 4 beds got 2 double beds - no other room options available hard to move around and get to balcony, wardrobe or get changed.

  Good place for toddlers

  Liked: A lot of consideration was given to kids. The soft play area, kids pool park, kids buffet, mini disco were great. Location is near the palmanova beach, just 5-8 min walking distance.

  Disliked: We had the all inclusive package. There were a lot of food in the buffet but no name tags for food. It was very confusing. The dinner starts at 6.30 and finishes at 9.15, but by 8.15pm they stop refilling the items. The room size was smaller than expected, toileteries were not provided except for the shampoo and soap.

  Liked: Good food, nice location and included beverages at the dinner.

  Disliked: Dinner starts at 18:30 and it finished already at 21:15.

  Liked: The hotel, facilities and staff were very good

  Disliked: Not totally happy with the food at the buffet, to me it was a 6/10, it was just ok

  Liked: It wasn't varied, and the quality was poor. I didn't like the food, and the "all-inclusive" wasn't actually all-inclusive—you had to pay for drinks at the outdoor bar.

  Excellent value for money

  Liked: Very clean, staff were all lovely and location is excellent for Palmanova beach and magaluf beach. Hotel has a very friendly relaxed atmosphere.
