  Liked: room was clean and comfortable.. they provided free upgrade as were celebrating anniversary, which was a nice gesture. Omlette made to order was good in morning breakfast

  Disliked: There were privacy concerns if you are traveling as family/ couple if you have room with balcony on 1st floor. The next room guest had full view into our room from balcony, so we had to have black out curtains on full time when we were in the room. It's a shame, couldn't have curtains open to let natural light in. Hot breakfast like baked beans, scrambled eggs were cold.. whole fruits like apple, plum were very dirty and not washed.

  Excellent

  Liked: Everything. Room keeping was great. Customer service with all the staff were great. Great English. Great value for money.

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about however on off peak, for us October, pool does get freezing cold even though weather is sunny

  Nice hotel, but overpriced for what was offered

  Liked: Nice hotel, quiet area, but a little out of the way of most of the town and the port. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a reasonable size.

  Disliked: The shower has a glass window which opens onto the balcony and outside, whilst it seems to be tinted, its not privacy glass and Im sure someone could see us in the shower from outside if they had wanted to. The whole layout of the room seemed to be designed by someone who wanted it to look trendy, but in practical terms it doesnt work - the bathroom sink is next to the bed, and the toilet and shower are at opposite ends of the room. It felt like the toilet and shower rooms should be swapped round - the shower room was very small but the toilet room oversized.
