  Liked: Lovely location, friendly staff, decent facilities and activities

  Disliked: North east facing so got a bit of shade later in the year, pools were cold.

  Basic clean hotel with great view but rude staff

  Liked: Location, view, cleanliness, shop next door is convenient

  Disliked: The room is small The hotel is uphill There are a few Leonardo hotels beside each other so make sure you have correct name as our taxi left us at the wrong one and we had to drag our cases uphill ourselves. Apparently a regular occurrence.. Staff in the dining room were rude. They turned out the lights on us and said they were going home. Refused to turn them on for us to see our way out and laughed at us when we asked. Also if you as much as stood up from the table they lifted your plate and cleared it. All you can here is scrapping plates and a really rushed vibe at the buffet Poor atmosphere overall

  Great stay, just little things that could have been improved

  Liked: Great rooms, clean rooms and breakfast was plentiful and a good choice. Comfortable beds.

  Disliked: Some of the hot Breakfast options was cold and we paid £20 for late check out at 12pm only to be disturbed via phone and the maid outside with the trolley and knocking on the door dead on 12pm. We felt rushed and forced out, not worth the money for the late check out.

  Liked: Not bad options of breakfast/dinner. Good location, just 5 min walk to the beach.

  Disliked: Rooms require renovations. I didn’t like the cleanness of plates during the breakfast/dinner, those looked like dirty! It’s not permitted to take an iron to the room, there is a small room for ironing but it’s quite uncomfortable.
