  A relaxing few days

  Liked: We have stayed in Martinez on a number of occasions and do so because the apartments are exceptionally clean, contemporary and spacious. We also like the location as it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc but in a quiet mainly residential area. The staff in the Hotel Gabarda from where the apartments are managed are always friendly and efficient.

  We had a great time, I recommend it

  Liked: - location very good, close to the beach and the shops but quiet - very nice staff - cleaning and change of towels - nice pool and facilities in the kitchen - a terrace in every room - at the reception, in another close by building, you can find good coffee and full bar

  Disliked: - the bed was almost falling off in M220, needs changing and the sofa is a bit uncomfortable - no toiletries - bathroom a bit small but good shower - the opening hours for breakfast are impossibly late 😁

  Lovely property for a small family

  Liked: It was clean, exactly as described and looked in the photos. The bed was a very decent size. Was exactly what we needed during our stay.

  Disliked: Just a shame there wasn’t an ice box part of the fridge. Would have been good to put ice blocks in there for young baby food to take about. But this is just a convenient thing!

  Great personnel and service, great location

  Liked: Service and personnel were so so good, personnel was very attentive and helpful, the apartment was cleaned 3 times during our 1 week stay, pool is immaculate clean and the territory is very nice and well maintained. Apartment is new and fresh, one finds everything one needs for the apartment, huge balcony, and location was so good because its both close to the supermarket, store and beach, a bus stop is just around the corner, it felt very safe and very nice their, we used the strategic location and took bus tour to the beaches and parks nearby. We loved our stay at Martinez!

The property is located in a building with no elevator.

Situado a 300 metros de la playa de Palmanova, el establecimiento cuenta con 13 amplios apartamentos distribuidos en tres plantas (sin ascensor). Cada unidad dispone de un dormitorio doble independiente de la zona de estar-comedor (la configuración de las camas depende de la preferencia del huésped: una cama doble o dos camas individuales). La zona de estar incluye un sofá y una cama para una tercera persona, lo que permite una capacidad máxima de 3 huéspedes.

Cada apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (frío/calor), TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, wifi gratuita, amplios balcones con mesa y sillas, y una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente equipada (utensilios de cocina, cafetera, nevera, microondas, tostadora y placa vitrocerámica). Los baños, recientemente renovados, cuentan con ducha, secador de pelo y artículos de aseo.

Las zonas comunes del edificio incluyen piscina, solárium y tumbonas.

Los huéspedes pueden elegir entre las opciones de "solo alojamiento" o "alojamiento y desayuno". El desayuno se sirve en el Hotel Gabarda (situado a pocos metros).
