  Liked: Worse hotel we ever had!!!!! Must drag ur bags by you own no luggage boy.. security is lacking.. the services below average. Breakfast area is separated one has open buffet where all guests has and the other I don’t for whole is by ordering and stays until 11 pm when we sat there the staff were about to die as if we did criminal thing how we sat in this area and u should leave and don’t order with me. The facilities is very old and need to be upgraded. Spa was soooooooo old and inner pool was 2 star. We had the most terrible experience I will never ever advise anyone to stay here unless u want to hate mallorca. If you didn’t leave room by 2 pm they won’t clean ur room and no night shift. Security was lacking. No concierge.neighbourhood was low class

  Staff was very friedly, and the property clean! Great relaxing week (once Nikki Beach closed)

  Liked: The property was modern and clean. Well maintained.

  Disliked: The music during the day next to the pool with the addition of Nikki Beach. I don’t have a problem with background music but Nikki Beach is just loud throughout the day.

  Worst Meliá experience after Meliá Bali and Meliá Barcelona:(

  Liked: Good beachfront location Direct access to the beach Attractive sea views

  Disliked: Confirmed queen bed replaced with twin beds Broken safe and repeated failed repair attempts No restaurant, bar, or room service after 10 PM Dated and poorly maintained facilities Old or loose equipment in the room, restaurants, and beach area Below-expectation breakfast quality Very poor sound insulation €80 extra charge for a sunbed on the hotel’s private beach
