  Would not recommend

  Liked: The breakfast was pretty much okay

  Disliked: The hotel is advertised as fully renovated, but the reality is quite disappointing. * Strong chlorine smell: You notice a strong smell of chlorine as soon as you enter the hotel. * Poor air conditioning: The AC is extremely noisy and blows directly onto the bed, making it practically impossible to use at night. * Extra charges for basic amenities: The in-room safe is not free. Guests are expected to pay a daily fee plus a deposit just to use it. * Lack of basic room essentials: Despite having a kettle, the room has no cups, mugs, teaspoons, or any other basic utensils. Are guests supposed to drink straight from the kettle? * Poor maintenance: Although the hotel claims to have been fully renovated, many things already look worn out or are falling apart, especially in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained, with little attention paid to basic guest comfort. The actual experience is far from what you would expect based on the hotel’s description.

  Liked: The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious, the pool looked great, and there was a kitchenette. The housekeeping service was excellent, and it was great that the two of us each had our own room.

  Disliked: Since there are no dishes in the kitchen, you'll need to borrow some from the lobby, so cooking might be a bit of a challenge. The roosters crow all night, so it might be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper.

  Great concept and location but execution lacking

  Liked: Good location and a benefit to have a 2 bedroom suite

  Disliked: It a little dated and the rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast is a running buffet and is generally like warm at best

  could be better

  Liked: We rented a suite for a week and really liked the design of the communal areaa, the colors, the little fishes. Location was quite okay, close to the beach and we also had a partial view of the sea from our terrace. The reception staff was very nice and helpful, the check in process well prepared, though the tent application is very slow.

  Disliked: Over our week-long stay we requested cleaning twice - it never happened. Housekeeping staff entered our suite on a daily basis but they only emptied the trash, sometimes made the bed and replaced the toilet paper roll when needed. Our bedsheets were never changed and the room was never vacuumed or mopped. We had some pastries and there were visible crumbs left the on the floor as well as sand from the beach but they never cleaned it and we didn't have any equipment to at least do it ourselves. Since we don't even go a whole week at home without cleaning the bathroom it was disappointing to see that they never cleaned the sink or the toilet at least - again, we didn't have any equipment to do it ourselves, this is not the hygiene standard you expect at a paid accomodation, we weren't even surprised when we spotted a cockroach in the kitchenette area. The suite has a kettle and a microwave but absolutely no equipment: no cutlery, no plates, no drinkware except the two glasses from the bathroom that were never cleaned or replaced and obviously there wasn't a sponge and dishwashing liquid in the room so we had to use the dirty glasses for the whole stay. yay. the high chairs near the kitchenette area and the couch from the living room area are extremely uncomfortable, indon't think we were able to sit on those chairs for more than 5 minutes.

  Already booked for a 3rd stay

  Liked: This was my second stay at this hotel. I've already booked up again for next year so I think that says everything.

  Disliked: In my honest opinion the breakfast isn't the best. Alot to choose from but the hot opinions was a little cold. This is just me being a little fussy and has not stopped me from returning.

  Lovely hotel, good location and friendly staff

  Liked: Location was convenient for Magaluf strip. Lot of shops, restaurants, car rental places nearby. Airport bus stop 2-3 mins away as well. Free on street parking right outside the hotel. Comfortable room with all amenities. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast timings were amazing. Didn’t have ro wake up early after a night out for breakfast.

  Disliked: Breakfast was nice but could have had more variety
