Disspointing - only one floor usable

Liked: Its a beuatiful house. Very tasteful.

Disliked: Communication with the agency was poor. We send two messages about check in and check out and never received a reply. In addition very dissapointing that we could use the downstairs room, it was not prepared and full of summer outdoor furniture, smelling mouldy and water dripping down. We would have loved to have more space and I think a reasonable expwctation given the price range of the accomodation.
