One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, dirty, unhygienic, and not suitable to stay in
Liked: Nothing. I left immediately after seeing the condition of the room and did not stay at the property.
Disliked: The room was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The bed linen was visibly stained, there were long hairs in the room and bathroom, the toilet was dirty, the shower area was extremely dirty, and there was a stain on the wall that appeared to be blood or mucus. Before entering the room, I was also asked to pay an additional pet supplement at check-in. I paid it, entered the room, and only then saw the condition of the accommodation. I left immediately because the room was not suitable to stay in. I contacted Booking.com, provided photos, and tried to resolve the issue properly. The property refunded the pet supplement, but not the accommodation payment. The property later claimed that I left because of the pet supplement, which is not accurate. I left because the room was dirty, unhygienic, and not fit to use. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I did not even sleep there, did not use the accommodation, and I would not recommend this property.
