  Liked: The room had a small balcony.

  Disliked: There is a single bathroom in the "pension" which is actually a large flat. There were at least 9 people in the place. At one point, I had to wait for 45 minutes to use the toilet. The towel ripped as soon as I touched it. I immediately contacted the proprietor, and she tried to blame me for ruining her "brand new" towels. There were so threadbare... The comforters, sheets, towels, and even the pillow cases all had stains. And the host was a real Nazi about the limited check-in time even though all written communication suggested more flexible times. Avoiding this place if you can!!

  comfortable room in Pamplona

  Liked: Accommodation was comfortable, location is nice

  Disliked: Communication with the owner was dismal. Took us about an hour and help from a stranger to find the place where the owner left the keys

  Liked: QUiet, comfortable and conveniently located.

  Disliked: The key was left at a bar near the apartment. The bar attendant totally ignored me until a second attendant saw me and immediately gave me the key.

  Liked: It was a great location and very secure. Plenty of food options in the area. Laura was very helpful and friendly
