Good
Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the area is surrounded by a beautiful lake and beautiful hikes.
Disliked: The general appearance of the hotel was of a place that it's run down, the food was average, there were many options on the included buffet but often the allergens listed above the foods were wrong and that made me feel unsafe. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both had back pain after two days (it was a very hard mattress, some people might find that comfortable!). We also purchased the pass for the Termas de Tiberio, which was an underwhelming experience: the Termas are very run down and the water temperature was unclear (the cold pool was the warmest one 😅).

Liked: Excellent location, lovely surroundings
Disliked: Arrived to a double bed instead of 2 twins despite booking months in advance and emailing days before arrival, however, promptly sorted out. The part of the hotel we were in was dated.
Liked: Setting is nice and the place has so much potential
Disliked: A bit run down, not particularly clean but more importantly no attention to details and a really poor service level. We left a day earlier.
