Liked: It is modern, style is nice.
Disliked: The hotel does not provide duvets as standard, only two layers of bedsheets, which are simply not sufficient to keep guests warm during the night. When we requested duvets, the receptionist told us that we would have to come downstairs and collect them ourselves, as the hotel “does not offer room service.” I find this response rather disappointing. Providing adequate bedding is a basic necessity, not an additional room service request. Guests should not have to go out of their way to obtain something so essential. Furthermore, the breakfast was of a very poor standard, with extremely limited options and quantities. The hotel also appeared to be seriously understaffed, which was reflected in the overall level of service. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel falls well short of the basic standards of hospitality, and we certainly will not be returning.

Liked: The hotel was everything we needed for a one-night stay. Nice and clean, great value for money. We came for an event nearby so the location was ideal.
Very enjoyable
Liked: The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The location very accessible just off the motorway and alongside the shopping centre.
Disliked: One small but important thing was the lack of hot drink facilities in the room.

In the apartments, cleaning and changing of sheets and towels will be done every 4 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
