Very good
Liked: This was a big surprise, the place was very clean, spacious, super nice staff, nice restaurant and a swimming pool. I can only recommend to stay here, you'll be pleasantly surprised

Disliked: I didnt like the breakfast it was pretty much nothing, the wifi was 3/10

Liked: It was close the caves for the concert performance
Disliked: Manager seemed disinterested, no help with luggage, then to find no toilet paper, no batteries in the tv remote. The duvet and blanket were for a single bed not a double bed, no cushions on the outside seats, patio door did not lock. The shower curtain was dirty and the shower base along with other parts of the room were dirty. We came in at 11pm, no lights on in the hallway to the stairs. Breakfast was sparse, no pastries or croissant in sight not even offered.
LOVELY VIEWS and LOCATION
Liked: Nice bright room. Lovely terrace with great views. Comfortable bed. Clean towels provided.
Disliked: Stairs were not lit very well. Could easily fall. Illuminous strips on edge of steps down would help. Also the stairs outside and down to car park, need a lot more lighting. Quite noisy. No kettle in room.
Liked: Convenient location. Beds were ok. Rooms small. Nice big terrace. Could be so much better if refurbished but ok for the money,
Disliked: Being kept awake until 2 in the morning due to noisy restaurant guests below our rooms. Waiting 2 hours for poor. Arranging for early breakfast when the staff didn’t turn up until late & then refused to serve a coffee. Staff member did his best but as the only person on duty day and night he was exhausted.
Liked: Location, relaxed atmosphere
Disliked: Menu could be more varied
