  Below average last minute apartment

  Disliked: Up the hill older apartment with a strange smell. You pay extra for fans/AC. With very used uncomfortable furniture, some of it even broken. Not very clean. Parking spot available if you are lucky, if not, you park on the street.

  Liked: It had a balcony

  Disliked: Where to start.. firstly staff unhelpful, didn’t tell us we needed to pay to use the remote for light fan and charged extra for air con that didn’t work and just dripped had to put buckets down to catch as staff refused to send anyone over to look at it until the next day. Apartment was unclean and smelly. We had to clean and put our own blankets on the bed and sofa due to this. The steps to the apartment are dangerous as they are different heights and tiles are loose

  Disliked: The property is unfriendly and made a Lot of pressure when arriving. They didnt want to wait for 5 minutes instead they were Rude.

  Not recommended, dont stay here

  Liked: The pool was nice, however nothing around it to sit or chill

  Disliked: - The apartment was smelling like feet when we arrived - They give the bed without bed sheets, no towels available (only with extra charge which the only mention once you have already paid the booking, they dont say that on their initial advertisement) - Bathroom had only half a toilet paper roll - They tell you at the beginning that you need to take the trash out by the time you leave, however none of the trash cans had a plastic bag - The people in the front desk was super unfriendly - The wifi was not working and they never did anything - They mention in their add to have free parking but they only have about 6 places for more than 15 apartments - ⁠It is also mentioned that the 2 room apartments have a fan, ours didn't even have that for a 30degree weather, is a very uncomfortable stay - They oblige you to pay €150 deposit and mention they can only "maybe" give it back after 7 days - This has been by far of the worst experience I had, if booking.com cares about their brand you shouldn't allow this type of scammers announced on their website

Key delivery hours

- From JUNE to SEPTEMBER

Monday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 20:00

- From OCTOBER to MAY

Monday to Friday: from 16:00 to 19:00

SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS: the keys will be collected in a mailbox with a code, located at the key collection address.

Check for periods of long weekends and holidays outside of high season.

Late check-in will be done using a mailbox with a code. You must contact reception so that this code is provided to the client and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid. Any requests for extras must be communicated before 13:00 Hrs. on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, you must notify us the day before.

Check-out time from the apartments is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The rate does not include towels or bed linen.

You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at reception.

EXTRAS: (payment at reception)

- Cots: €7/day.

- Extra beds: €7/day.

- Sheets: €6 per bed/stay.

- Towels: €25 for a set of 5 shower towels. (cash payment)

They are only provided during office hours.

One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of 50€

Parking included, subject to availability upon arrival.

1 and 2 bedroom apartments: NO air conditioning.

The standard 2-bedroom units come with ceiling fans included.

2 bedroom apartments with bunk beds and duplex type: Air conditioning for a fee (10€/day) + cealing fan.

The controls for the fan will be handed over at reception, and a deposit of €30 will be requested, which will be returned at the same moment the controls are returned.

Seasonal pool, open from 15/6 to 15/9 (modifications subject to the community of neighbors of the property)

Guests must pay a deposit of 150€ by card, cash will not be accepted.

After leaving the apartment, it is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days.

The photographs of the interiors are examples of the variety of apartments that we have. They are assigned according to the planning, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The client must pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
