  Good value all rounder. Would stay again

  Liked: Great location on the beach and secure parking on street or in the parking lot. We paid for the parking lot but the street parking looked very safe and more public. Great value and friendly staff awaiting my arrival. Very clean. Tv had English stations which was handy and there is a shared terrace at the front facing the sea which was lovely to sit out on in the evening and people watch. Only 20 mins walk into town on the promenade.

  Disliked: Nobody onsite. Hotel is closed for refurbishment so no bar or food. Aircon was ineffective and gave off a smell of moth balls. Bath was tricky and slippy getting in and out of the shower. Maybe a mat would be handy.

  Liked: We stayed here for one night on our way down to Southern Spain, and decided to stay again on our way back. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good stong hot water out of the shower, efficient airconditionning and wifi. Lots of restaurants close by, and à lovely beach bar with à view of the castle and old town, not far away. Good value for money.

  Disliked: Sound insulation not that great, so à bit noisy at times
