  Do not book it!

  Liked: Nothing. The photos mislead. In reality this place is a wreck.

  Disliked: Lots of broken furniture, fridge with no door compartiments, smelly rooms, dirty sunbeds, tiles from walls and swimming pool, etc etc. Photos suggest you are close to the sea, but you have to take the car to get there. We booked another apartment. No réaction from the owner and no refund.

  Great for a short stay in Peñiscola if you have a car

  Liked: The terrace view is fantastic - overlooking the old town and castle, which isn’t shown very well on the photos. We got to see the Playa Norte 9th October fireworks perfectly! It’s nice and big and the swimming pool was nice, although cold because we were a bit out of season staying there.

  Disliked: The whole place needs a bit of TLC and is quite outdated. The kitchen is very under equipped in terms of crockery, cutlery and utensils. It didn’t even have a bottle opener.

  Disliked: House needs major renovation and new furniture. The beds were horrible, bed linen need to be replaced.

  Breathtaking views, great place. Fantastic

  Liked: Very accommodating host. Great view, free parking, pool, accommodating host. Washer. We each had our own room and there were two bathrooms only 12 minutes to Peñíscola Castle and beach.

  Disliked: We only stayed one night, highly recommend staying longer.

  So…so… wouldn’t comeback

  Disliked: Very old and tired villa. No air conditioning in two bedrooms Not the cleanest place Poor equipped kitchen 100 years old dishwasher UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS Poor swimming pool filtration and maintenance Uncomfortable garden furniture ONLY ONE TINY MINI TOWEL PER HEAD
