  Liked: - Clean rooms - Good soundproofing towards the street, less so towards the hallway

  Disliked: Other guests praised the owner for his hospitality. Sadly, this didn't reflect our experience at all. We planned our itinerary to arrive before 23h, as this was the check in time according to the listing. The day of the check-in at 14h the owner told us that Check-in would be possible only until 20h, as he was leaving then. Unfortunately, we were out hiking with bad reception and our replies didn't go through until shortly after 20h. At that point, he already left the hotel without further messages for us and we couldn't reach him by phone or through booking.com. Only after we discovered that he offered WhatsApp communication did we manage to contact him. He organized for us to get the keys then, but spent multiple hours worrying that we wouldn't be able to check-in to the hotel despite us being within the booked Check-in time. He didn't even apologize after we told him how we were left in the dark for multiple hours.

  Liked: The hotel is located in the town center. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, and there are shops and many restaurants nearby. The train station, which connects you to Barcelona, ​​is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a swimming pool available to hotel guests daily until 8 p.m. The staff (owners) are very friendly and helpful (greetings to Pol). Additionally, there is a guard on duty daily at night. A large parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This is a paid, secure parking lot, and the price in 2025 is 11 euros per day.
