  Brilliant have been before

  Liked: Room adequate. Food excellent. Did not use pool but looked good. Bar on 4th floor was very comfortable. Parking was appreciated just a little walk away and secure.

  Liked: Le personnel du restaurant/bar et les femmes de chambre étaient vraiment adorables. Le buffet était varié et très bon. La piscine était bien entretenue et est vraiment un bel endroit! Merci

  Disliked: Manque de bonjour et de sourires à la réception(stagiaires) La salle de bain de notre chambre devrait être rénovée.

  Liked: The pool area was the better aspect of the hotel.

  Disliked: Two hours into our stay we returned to the hotel and our door was slightly open and therefore someone had entered the room. We had pulled the curtains together for privacy, these had been pulled back. I do not mind staff needing to go into the room, but found it odd as we had literally just arrived. I spoke to a member of staff about it and was met with a rude response. We had money and passports there. I emailed the manager as I was not happy that the room had been left unlocked and open and the way I was spoken to by a member of staff. I then got a rude email from him saying I could not stop staff going in our room I only wanted to report my concern of the door being left open. We asked to move rooms and pay the extra as I wanted a room that locked automatically when the door was pulled to. We packed up our belongings after being told yes in the morning. When we went to reception in the morning, we were then told this was not possible. Room was not the best, not very clean, holes in the towels and stains. I was relieved to leave.

  Great location and stay

  Liked: Food was great. Clean rooms with an exterior balcony view. 24/7 check in. Great free parking facilities.

  Disliked: Only negative - there wasn’t much space to put your suitcases in the room

Pets supplement: 15€ per pet and per day July and August and 10€ per pet and per day the rest of the year. Thank you.

Bookings with more than 6 rooms are considered groups. Groups rates are non refundable. During July and August we do not accept any kind of group.
