  We would never recommend or go back. Not only the house is not worth the price we were lied about getting discount which

  Disliked: Don’t be fooled by the beautiful photos. This house is in desperate need of major updates. I’m including photos and videos to support everything I’ve described. Let’s start with the upstairs bedrooms. The room with the bunk bed has a very old mattress that has sagged into a U-shape and is extremely uncomfortable. In the other upstairs bedroom, the air conditioning was not working properly. Pablo said it was working but had less power. During our five-night stay, the AC was only able to cool the room to 28°C, making it almost impossible to sleep. On top of that, the balcony shutters would not open (video attached), so we couldn’t enjoy the view at all. The upstairs bathroom is outdated, and the metal door threshold is loose because it isn’t properly screwed down. Be careful, as it’s easy to catch your foot on it. The couch on the kitchen level is old and uncomfortable. It’s covered with a blanket that appears to be hiding stains and worn upholstery. The kitchen is also poorly equipped. There was only one old cutting board (photo attached), and overall there were very few basic kitchen items. The lower level is the oldest part of the house and looks as though it hasn’t been updated since the 1950s. There is another kitchen downstairs, but it has virtually no equipment. Because this level is in the basement, there is a very strong smell of mold throughout. We arrived late because our flight landed at 11:00 p.m. Arranging a late check-in wasn’t an issue, but access to the property is through an app, and we didn’t receive the access information until the last minute. Without Wi-Fi, it was difficult to download and set up the app. The first thing we wanted to do after arriving was take a shower. The listing states that toiletries are provided, but there was nothing except shower gel. There was also no dish soap, no kitchen paper towels, no laundry detergent, and only one half-used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

  As a family of 9 we all managed to have our on space when needed and we all really enjoyed ourselves

  Liked: We were met by Pablo and he showed us around and explained about the air conditioning, blinds and swimming pool cover. His English isn’t that good but he made everything easy with his phone on translation Would definitely come again in the near future and Monica and Pablo were very good in all correspondence. Fantastic views from all levels which were wonderful. A few messages from Monica before we came and it was fab thank you both for an enjoyable staff

  Disliked: The only thing was being right near the top of the hill as we didn’t have a car. So l would say if we come again that is one thing that will be on the list. But it didn’t stop us and we ended up doing a few walks up and down. There was a wasp nest in the metal fence but once we told Monica and Pablo that was soon sorted out.

  Liked: The view is exceptional. Pablo and Monica were very very friendly and accommodating. The property is big and fully equipped.

  Disliked: It just needs a bit of renovation, though its not an issue if you’re there for a couple of days.
