  In general we were very happy with our stay

  Liked: the room was great and the staff were very hospitable, the breakfast is very simple, yet you may ask for a fresh omelet to be cooked for you

  Disliked: need to be mindful of few things if you are planning to book your stay here: our room was on a 3rd floor, hence some stairs to climb:) the location of the hotel is in the middle of the old city of Alcudia, hence not a beach area, we had a car rented so no problem; in case you rent a car, note that parking is few hundred meters away from the hotel, as you would have to have a special permit to drive into the old town, otherwise you need to park outside of the walls of the old town

  Lovely room, water could be better

  Liked: Excellent space, very quiet, powerful AC (which was critical during this heat), strong wifi in the room. Comfy bed, really large bathroom and nicely appointed bathroom. We only interacted with a staff member once but she was really helpful and accomodating.

  Disliked: The water coming out of the faucets had a diesel-like aroma and flavor, which was extremely unpleasant.

  Great location but not as good as advertised

  Liked: Central and clean

  Disliked: Didn’t have robes, slippers as advertised and breakfast buffet wasn’t promptly replenished. You had to ask for eggs at breakfast, no one asked if we wanted anything Toiletries were not very nice

  Alcudia is beautiful and hotel quaint and perfect

  Liked: It was beautiful and clean with a lovely balcony too. We also had the whole hotel to ourselves. Very comfortable and quiet

  Felt like ‘real Alcudia’ and real Mallorca

  Liked: On a quiet, traditional alleyway and totally dark and quiet in the room at night. Shutters are a great idea! 2 minutes walk down to the restaurant for a good buffet breakfast. Busy tourist town in the day but quiet at night.

  Disliked: Only a personal thing but do prefer to have reception staff rather than the key box entry, and to ask for extra water etc. Staff at the restaurant very helpful and pleasant though.
