  Excellent stay in Pollensa

  Liked: The staff were exceptional, particularly Anna. She helped arrange a very last minute car hire for us. The garden and pool were both lovely and our room was excellent with an old fashioned feel in the best of ways. Complimentary chocolates was lovely.

  Disliked: The only downside was when ordering a drink from the bar/restaurant to take into the garden in the evening we were told we had to have plastic glasses which seemed unnecessary.

  Comfrotable, authentic, and friendly stay

  Liked: Such a cute family run place, with lovely staff and nice facilities (the pool/garden area was delightful!). I liked that it was not a corporate, big box feeling establishment.

  Disliked: The reception desk was only partially staffed and it was a little unclear how quickly they would respond to you or be avaialbale. Rooms were a little dated but worth it for the local/family run vibe

  once in a lifetime visit

  Liked: Nice spot in Mallorca

  Disliked: I’m pretty sure there was a small nocturnal animal in the walls somewhere. We heard it running and scratching in the middle of the night.

  A really great small hotel where you can relax in, and explore from, Pollensa

  Liked: A very friendly, welcoming hotel, from the host to all the staff, who made you feel at home away from home. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was served in the garden (as it was summer), which was a great way to start the day. After a day cycling, walking, or out exploring Pollensa and beyond, the pool was a very welcome place to relax in the beautiful garden. The restaurant was also set in a great location and served very good food.
