  Rude staff that will ruin your stay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

  Disliked: Everything. Staff was extremely rude (every single one I interacted with), everything is « difficult » no matter what we asked for, the towels in the bathroom were dirty. The experience was really bad.

  Liked: Excellent location. Food was generally great, good variety, but chicken was always tasteless.

  Disliked: Too small bathroom, especially compared to the size of the room. Would have been plenty of place to build a bigger bathroom with more private sink/basin area. Only the shower and toilet was private, but no shelves there.

  Liked: Great location. Comfortable beds. Plenty of sun beds. Clean rooms. Entertainment each night.

  Disliked: No welcome on arrival. I had a problem as I expected to pay using Amex. I didn’t realise that was not accepted. My Visa was up to its limit but due to be paid in full next day so I requested to pay the first night and charge my Visa with the rest the next day. The receptionist - Bea - discussed this with a colleague over the phone and was totally disrespectful and unprofessional about me and my family. She assumed - wrongly - that I did not understand Spanish. Once she heard that I did, she offered us Cava. In the end I paid in cash but I would never stay at this hotel again due to her unprofessionalism.
