  Liked: A lovely spacious villa in a quiet area near Pollenca. The outdoor space and swimming pool was very good. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Jose the owner was very good at answering any questions and helpful if we needed anything..

  Excellent stay, would recommend!

  Liked: Great space which allowed us to spread out but allowed us to spend time together too. There was everything we needed at the villa and the 20 min walk into Pollenca meant we were both close to activity and also away from everything depending on what we wanted. The pool and garden areas were lovely and big, with a good mix of sun, shade and various seating options. It was a great stay!

  Disliked: It was a little tricky to find the villa at first and the lanes were quite narrow for driving down, particularly when you met a car coming the other way!

  Lovely family break with our adult children and partner

  Liked: Great location on the edge of Pollenca. About 25 minute walk into the old centre of town but very quite location, almost the last house in the area with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The pictures on the website do not do it justice

  Liked: The location and views from the villa were stunning. The property itself is very contemporary and well proportioned with three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge is a good size with plenty of seating which leads to a very well equipped kitchen. The patio area was large with more than adequate seating and the pool looked inviting. The walk into Pollensa town is flat and took around 25 min. All in all if you want a quiet and peaceful location and a contemporary property then look no further. The host, Jose, is delightful and more than happy to help in anyway he can.
