Disliked: I’m 54 and have stayed in many hotels in my life. I have never stayed in a hotel, especially a 4* that provides a kettle, cups, saucers and spoons in room, but no tea/coffee. You have to purchase this from reception.

I have stayed at this hotel two years running and would return without hesitation

Liked: Everything about the hotel and staff are great. I stayed here last year and I really wanted to return to this hotel. I used it as a base to play golf and so convenient for the Road network. Rooms are great, however the staff make the hotel from the very friendly welcome from reception to the staff in the bar.

Disliked: If I am being very picky, the towels in the rooms. I realise it is end of season, but still I think the quality of towels make a hotel stand out.

Liked: Garden suite was a generous size and very comfortable. Location ideal close to beach, restaurants and town

Disliked: It was a suite with a kitchen area - a washing up cloth was provided but it would have been helpful to provide some kitchen roll / drying cloth too. The only design feature I didn't like was the sliding bathroom door which didn't provide complete privacy
