  Fantastic spot

  Liked: The room was excellent, spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the Spa every day to unwind after a day of cycling. The food was consistently very good and the staff were very attentive.

  A lovely adults only hotel in a quiet location

  Liked: The hotel is in a good location, one street back from Pine Walk. The area is quiet and the mountain views are beautiful. There are many bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.

  Disliked: Beds creaked 🙁. We have stayed at Mar Senses previously and given the same feedback regarding a lack of bike storage. Whilst some cyclists bring their own bikes and are happy to keep them in their rooms, we rent bikes locally and would rather leave them in a secure locked garage/storage facility to avoid carrying them up two flights of stairs. The luggage store isn’t really suitable for storing bikes. Bed and breakfast would be a welcome option given the number of restaurants available in the locality.

  Excellent room, careful if slippery floors, book daily cleaners, great breakfasts and lovely pool

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent buffet. Room was great size and good facilities

  Disliked: No cleaner turned up for the room until day 3 of 4 The walk in shower sprays everywhere making it very dangerous and slippery unless you put towels on the ground and then run out of them. Everyone staying at the hotel bags sun beds with their towels very early in the morning, I never did this and so had to get a sunbed myself from around the back of the block. I never managed to find the life guard to help me. The staff on reception were a little dismissive and negative. Evenings I ate out with friends elsewhere and the mornings after breakfast I visited friends, so I often did not turn up to enjoy a couple of hours by the pool until around 1300/14.00 and had to ask for a towel from reception and the receptionist would say I had not asked for a towel at the correct time, so she would leave me standing waiting for a towel in reception for 40 minutes on one occasion.
