  Great location, needs a bit of TLC / maintenance in some areas but we would definitely return

  Liked: Great location, spacious and well equipped. Roof terrace has all day sun. Good value. Good choice of places to eat locally.

  Disliked: Lots of steps…steep to get bags up and also steep to the roof terrace. Needs more comfortable bedding and seating on the balcony. Needs a bit of TLC after the season ends.

  Gorgeous apartment, great location

  Liked: Gorgeous apartment very close to the beach with views of the sea and mountains. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Aircon was fantastic and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of eateries nearby. Free carpark right outside the apartment was very much appreciated too.

  Disliked: Beach towels would’ve been appreciated for this level of accommodation. Also the parasol for the roof terrace was broken (we found it lying at the back of the terrace). We bought a cheap beach parasol which we managed with and left it there for the next people to use. But loved the apartment; these were only minor niggles that didn’t spoil our stay.

  I had an amazing 17 days at this place, managed to relaxed, sleep and eat well, that’s all you need form holidays;)

  Liked: I love the close proximity to the sea, literally two steps from your flat and you have 2 beaches to choose from:) Cala Sant Vicenc is a quiet more local area with just beautiful serene views and very laid back atmosphere. The flat itself had 3 bedrooms, two double beds and one single one plus large living room with massive tarrase. It is very comfortable and facilities are new and very clean. I would definitely book it again in near future, for the view, sea side and lively local people.

  Disliked: The mosquitoes at night are very present, so make sure you get something against them. The view from balcony is on parking and bins, so if you want to have a proper sea side view make sure you book an apartment at first floor or the ones closer up to the hill.

  Modern sea view apartment in small tourist village

  Liked: - Beautifully located apartment in small tourist village. - View from balcony on sea and "Cap Formentor". - 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - Some kitchen fundamentals present. - Late checkout allowed on departure day.

  Disliked: - Unpersonal hosting organisation sending you a link and an app for information. - Parking not at apartment but public parking 5 min walk (from door to car) not convenient with little kids. - No mosquito nets. - Minor upgrade could help overall quality feel (leaky toilet etc... )
