Good
Liked: Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Location was excellent for the beach, restaurants and shops. Hosts were good at responding to our questions.
Disliked: Perhaps have the option of 2 pillows but other than that, we were very pleased.
Poor accommodation
Liked: Location. Initial communication.
Disliked: Air Con not working, reported immediately and whilst 2 fans were given this was not really sufficient as the temp inside was 28/29’ consistently. We tried to be out most of the time. Then the property manager decided to get someone to fix it when we were thinking of leaving - ready for next guests!! We departed a day early it was so unbearable. Owner thought it was fixed the day after reporting it. Unsure if it was a communication issue with property manager and owner. Ice box in fridge completely clogged up with ice making the fridge inadequate until we got rid of the ice. Electrical hazards with loose sockets. Ants all around the patio doors in the lounge. We have stayed here before and it was great but such a bad experience this time we won’t be returning.
Not what it seems
Liked: The location was good and a quiet area
Disliked: The apartment doesn't reflect the pictures, wardrobe door hanging off, bedding was shabby apartment needs updating
10/10, would highly recommend - excellent property, excellent location in a fabulous resort
Liked: Great communication; excellent instructions given which made it very easy to get in to the property and apartment. Great location, with only a short walk to the beach and resort centre.
Very good
Liked: Great location, 5 mins walk down to the pine walk promanade, also near the main road for transport. Very quite in the day and evening if you like that.
Disliked: Buzzer for the front door can be heard in all apartment rooms through day or night as it's key entry and not fob or actual key. This is not the apartment owner's fault, it's the main building as a whole.
We had a fabulous stay here
Liked: The location. The pool. The apartment was well equipped and extremely comfortable.
Disliked: We would have preferred darker curtains or black out blinds in the bedroom as the sun was very bright early in the morning.
