  Liked: Mel was helpful and kind in his messages. The apartment was in a great location, only 50m from the beach. It was an ideal size, a lovely space and had everything we needed including helpful ammenities e.g. a washing machine. Firm comfortable beds. It was perfect for us.

  Liked: Location was perfect! It was well appointed and Mel was available to answer our questions. There was fruit, coffee, milk and wine waiting for us which was outstanding and perfect for our stay. We came to cycle and it was well set up for that also. It is also fantastic to have a washer and dryer (with pods!)

  Fantastic, highly recommend to anyone staying in Pollenca

  Liked: Apartment is in the perfect spot, close to the beach and the restaurants and shops of Pollenca but also very quiet. The rooftop was a fantastic place to catch some late afternoon sun as well. Host was incredibly helpful too.

  A very clean & comfortable property in a quiet location yet within a short stroll of all facilities

  Liked: A very friendly & helpful owner met us to hand over the keys. The property was incredibly clean, had great air con, a fantastic big balcony to sit out during the evenings, & there were some really nice touches with coffee pods, basics in the fridge, a helpful guide etc. in place. The location was superb, literally round the corner from all the restaurants, shops & the beach. I am fussy but I would highly recommend this property.

  Disliked: The fittings in the ensuite shower could have been better & perhaps cushions available for the sun loungers on the roof terrace as they were a bit hard but overall it was all of a really high standard (I am struggling to write much in this section).

  Wonderful. Professional. Highly recommend

  Liked: The apartment is spacious, immaculately clean. 50 metres from the beach equipped with everything you need. There were lots of towels, beach umbrellas, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, etc. most welcome as we always book similar cost accommodation and have to buy those. Every need is considered by Mel who responded instantly to queries. Thank you Mel for recommending paella at Brisa Marina. It was delicious.

  Disliked: Nothing except that parking is a challenge in the area
