  A fantastic family break

  Liked: Great location, clear arrival instructions, lovely sized finca with pool and outdoor area including seating, modern amenities.

  Disliked: It was cold in the night so there could have been more or thicker blankets. Also there were no kitchen basics like salt and pepper etc which would have been helpful. Mosquitos!

  We had an amazing stay, the villa was beautiful and well set out. The pool was gorgeous and the surrounding countryside

  Liked: We loved the location as it was very peaceful. It was a traditional building with a very Majorcan feel which we really liked. The swimming pool was great.

  Disliked: The shower water was a bit temperamental, sometimes too hot and then cold which could be dangerous for young children.

  Fantastic

  Liked: The pool was fantastic! and only a 5 minute drive from the beach! The house had a nice layout that was accommodating for all our party members, especially since we had young children. All the appliances (dish washer/ AC/ cloth washer) worked great for us, and made it easy to focus on having fun.

  Disliked: The Driveway was narrow. We had a large vehicle for the whole family, and it was constantly getting scratched by the vines and bushes that were hanging over the driveway. There was always a dog barking at night on the north-east side of the house, which made it hard for the kids to sleep on a few nights. Since our stay was 10 days it would have also been nice to have a little more of the basic stuff. (Dish-soap, Toilette Paper, Wash-cloths, Coffee filters, Paper towels etc...) Overall it was great, but that would have made our transition into the house a little smoother.

Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. Guests must collect their new key from our office.

On the day of departure, no garbage should be left at the property, guests must remove all waste. Otherwise, a €150 waste management fee may be charged.

Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
