  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Disliked: The interior of the property needs some investment & TLC. The locks on the bathroom doors are broken; there are no oven trays to use in the oven; the pillows are of a poor standard; the details said that beach towels were included but there were no beach towels; the ceiling lights in one of the bedrooms do not work; the shower screen above the bath does not have appropriate trim so the bathroom floor was awash; the shower mats are old and very stained. All of these items would take very little money to resolve. The outside area and pool are great - as is the location.

It was OK but we felt disappointed about the pool

Liked: The property does what it says on the tin. It is quite spacious and air conditioning works well. Sleeps 8 with 3 bathrooms. Wi-fi was good. Outside seating and eating areas very good. Good table tennis table. Access to the drive is OK but a bit tight for an SUV. Good location for access to Pollenca and short drive to vibrant Port de Pollenca.

Disliked: The pool was not clean and the filter was not working properly so there was a scum on it most of the time. None of our 8 family members used it during our 5 days. The owner came out promptly when we asked him and put on the filters but they never really worked. Shame. The decor and furniture is a bit old and tired and the showers were very leaky so water went all over the bathroom floors.
