  Perfect Family holiday!

  Liked: We have just returned from a 7 day stay at the Zafiro Tropic and what a fantastic week we had! I was nervous after reading some recent reviews but I could not fault the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The range of pools was perfect for our 8 and 3 year old and we never had an issue getting sun beds. The food was delicious and there was always plenty of choice. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful and always made a fuss of our children. The location was also perfect, only a short walk to the most beautiful beach. I would highly recommend to anyone and we are already looking at booking again next year!

  Dream stay in Alcudia✨

  Liked: Fantastic Family Holiday – Zafiro Tropic, Alcudia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Zafiro Tropic in Alcudia for 10 nights in August, all-inclusive, as a family of 3 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 13 — and we had a fantastic time! The hotel has something for everyone. The choice and quality of drinks were excellent, with a great variety of top-quality options. Lunch was a real highlight too, with plenty of delicious à la carte choices rather than the usual buffet every day. Dinner offered a vast selection, with so much choice that there was always something for everyone. There are numerous pools around the hotel, which meant plenty of space to relax, swim and enjoy the sunshine. The entertainment was also excellent, with something to keep both adults and children entertained. But without a doubt, the staff are the true gems of this hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their hard work and positive attitude really made the holiday. Overall, Zafiro Tropic gave us everything we wanted from a family all-inclusive holiday — great food, quality drinks, fantastic facilities and brilliant entertainment, all topped off by exceptional staff. We would happily return and highly recommend it to families looking for a great holiday in Alcudia! ☀️🍹🏊‍♀️❤️

  Don't believe the negative reviews

  Liked: We came back yesterday from Zafiro Tropic. We were a party of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). We had the most fantastic time. We could not fault the hotel. Everything was perfect, the food was amazing, the drinks were great and plentiful, the entertainment was really good too. All of the staff were fantastic, always smiling and helpful. The location is great too, just a short stroll to a beautiful beach. We did manage to get sunbeds, not always together, but it is the same at any hotel. The pools were great for the children, the kids (10 and 11) and their Dad absolutely loved the bouncy bubble pool. We found the rooms to be more than adequate, always nice and clean with comfy beds. We will definitely come back the Zafiro

  Chilled vibe ideal spot and wonderful staff

  Liked: We stayed for 5 nights and it was our third time in Mallorca and easily our favourite. Loved our stay! Location is great. 3/5 mins walk from strip and beach, perfect. It's also quiet enough around the hotel itself. When we arrived our air con wasn't working. Within 2 mins an engineer was in the room switching it on and showing us how to work it. The food was amazing - we are vegetarians and there was enough choice to have something new for lunch / breakfast there each day. The bar is fabulous and the staff really have a warmth and enthusiasm about them. The whole premises was really outstanding, spotlessly clean and the supermarket was a great addition. The entertainment! My kids loved it. They're still watching back the videos of the disco. The staff were just top notch and the place was ideally suited for us to take part when we wanted but not high pressure to participate when we wanted to just sit back and relax. Only small negatives are the usual - people hogging sunbeds with towels all day but to be honest even during August we didn't struggle to get a bed at any point just left us without pne in prime position. We absolutely loved the layout at the kids pool - our kids were able to just play freely and you could see them safely from really any point at the poolside which was brilliant. One thing that would possibly have improved the experience would be having more fruit selection at the supermarket:) we are already looking at booking to return. Thank you to all the team for such a special holiday.

  Happy Holiday!

  Liked: Just returned from 11 nights. Had a really good holiday. We had emailed in advance to ask for high floor rooms which were given to us. It was our Son’s birthday whilst staying at the hotel and they left a card and gift for him in the room. Enjoyed the pools and excellent choice of ice cream at pool bar on All Inclusive. Had 2 meals in the à la carte restaurant which were fabulous. The cava kept on flowing! Thank you Zafiro Tropic.
