Liked: Good location
Castle view in Ponferrada
Liked: What a great location in Ponferrada, directly opposite the castle, with wonderful views. Restaurants below were a little noisy at times, though we found we were able to sleep well, due to the comfortable bed. Room was spotlessly clean and also has a washing machine, which was useful for us. Additionally, there is an elevator to access the upper floors. We would happily stay here again.

Liked: Fantastic location, clean, modern and functional apartment. Well organized
Disliked: We had some communication issues. Email via booking.com worked fine. Didn’t receive the entry code through WhatsApp don’t know why it didn’t work and I nearly went to get myself another hotel room. Finally they communicated through booking.com and I got the code, albeit very late. They apologized - fair enough, things like this can happen
