No parking
Liked: Clean, tidy and. In a good location..
Disliked: The hostel was 1st class but was disappointed in the reception. They WhatsApp message us with entry details but when we eventually got them to reply about parking our motorcycles in the underground parking they told us the parking was fully booked and to park outside.. But thanks to a friendly neighbour who let us in we found all hostel parking spaces were free and not in use. They were still all free in the morning so can't understand why we were refused their use.. The friendly neighbour had let us use theirs plus let us out in the morning, many thanks to him.

Disliked: Room smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Encountered bed bugs
Decent room, not a great location
Liked: Big room with a particularly spacious bathroom and a nice, comfy bed.
Disliked: No staff on duty - entry by key-pad - so the place felt deserted and characterless. In an area outside the picturesque old centre of Ponferrada and a bit of a walk to find any restaurants or bars.

Disliked: Property manager was not helpful when I asked about an item I may have left behind.
Like moving into an abandoned hotel, no desk clerk, no one answers a phone. The phone numbers on the door are not answer
Liked: Easy to find from the bus station
Disliked: No assistance whatsoever!!! Used booking.com to make reservation, find the hotel, and got their phone number. We didn’t get the door code till 10 minutes after we were inside the building. Never saw any staff the entire time we were there.
