Very good
Disliked: Wrong information on Booking.com: parking is not free. It costs 15 euro per night. Also the showers are very slippery and very dangerous when the shower floor is soapy. It is curious that the hotel does not address this problem
Ponferrada is a place you stay if you have to, not want to
Liked: Not much other than it is a 15-20 minute walk to a shopping mall where restaurants can be found.
Disliked: Pillows are terrible, parking is expensive at €16 a night
Liked: good location next to a mall and away from city traffic
