Very good
Liked: Very good location. Close to the Camino trail and old town. Restaurants/ shopping/ ATMs / laundry all close by. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help my wife for her sprained ankle.
Disliked: No coffee making self service amenities in the room.

An expensive hotel that is nothing like a palace and not worth the money
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The whole place looks like it needs an update. The furniture is still out of the 1980's and it was dirty, tired and uncomfortable. The bathrooms had been partially updated but the tiles were still from the 1980s and were horrid. The road outside was noisy in the mornings and the breakfast was horrendous. Definitely not worth the money. The coffee was undrinkable and the food offerings were not at all worth the money. Again the decor with fluorescent neon tube lighting was dreadful and the furniture should be changed.
Great hotel with good staff, would suggest going out for breakfast due to the price

Liked: I felt like royalty in this spacious room. Extremely comfortable bed with normal pillows and a giant body pillow. I slept so well. The staff were all very helpful providing directions and reassuring me about the baggage transfer service I was trying for the first time. Lovely breakfast nice and early at 7:30 for pilgrims. I will definitely stay here again.
