Amazingly clean and comfy flat in a wonderful location
Liked: The apartment was a haven in a heatwave…! It is clean, about 5/10 minutes from the local beach. Nice kitchen and living room. Children slept very well and loved the place. Just what you would want. Alberto was most helpful and readily available by text / phone.
An simple kind of apartment you would expect in Llança. Close to Grifeu beach, but no view
Liked: Spacious lounge and dining area. Equipped with a basic set of amenities. Nice owner and friendly communication. Clear instructions on getting to the place and a handy manual of all amenities on site. The owner left a welcome bottle of cava and some beet in the fridge, which was nice. A digital lock - no need to worry about taking the keys to the beach. A short walk to the Grifeu beach and a pleasant stroll aling the coast to the centre of the village.
Disliked: An aweful old matress on the double bed, dents and all. It should have been replaced long ago. The bed linen smelled badly and felt filthy - it had been apparently washed quickly in a short cycle and not dried properly. I spent two sleepless nights in this bed, which was a real disappointment. The towels looked greyish, they surely need proper care between tenants as well.

Disliked: Air conditioning imbalanced between living room and bedrooms
Disliked: The name is misleading, it is actually 508 steps from the beach via the recommended route to the beach via the rainwater sewer and tunnel! Storage of combustibles under the protected stairwell.

Disliked: Location deceiving.- not steps from the beach! Have to cross a mainrd. Next to a railway line- behind Apartment-not noisy though. No sea view.
