Disliked: Subject: Request for Compensation for Disturbed Stay – Booking No. 4522926156 Dear Booking.com Team, I have been using your services for many years and have always been satisfied. However, our recent family holiday was unfortunately ruined due to major renovation works taking place in the apartment above us every day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, causing constant and extremely loud noise. We stayed at EMPÚRIES 7 - Apartamento con vistas espectaculares desde la terraza (ES-228-167) from 23 August 2025 (check-in) to 05 September 2025 (check-out), Booking Number 4522926156, PIN Code 0909. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance about these planned works, which made our stay very uncomfortable and far below the expected level of comfort.
