  Ok accommodation if you have a car and don’t mind travelling for every meal

  Liked: It was good value for money and the pool area looked nice although we didn’t use it as it was always busy with people blocking the path with the sunbeds.

  Disliked: We booked a pool view room but couldn’t see the pool as it was down some stairs and to the side. Location is very isolated and the pool bar was never open for food. We never saw a member of staff to check us in and had to work the machine out in Spanish when we arrived to pay the tourist tax and enter passport details. Out of 5 days we managed to get breakfast twice as apparently it didn’t open at the weekend? It wasn’t near much either so you are stuck really if you don’t have a car.

  If the opportunity arises, we will come here again

  Liked: My wife and I are vacationing here for the second time, and we love everything about it. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment is clean, the beach is a five-minute walk away, and the pool is just a couple of meters away.

  Disliked: The internet was sometimes slow.

  Comfortable and quiet

  Liked: We really liked the restaurant and the pool. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The bus was easy to get into Porto Cristo. Communication via WhatsApp was reliable.

  Disliked: It was a shame that the restaurant was shut on the Saturday and Sunday that we were there, and there had been not indication this would be the case. We were there early October so perhaps this was late in the season for them.

  Reasonable value for money Great beaches

  Liked: Very handy to beautiful bays. Comfortable enough room

  Disliked: A bit dated and need of a bit of TLC. We had to check in via a machine and only saw staff at the coffee shop. The staff were nice but the coffee shop was closed half our stay

  Great place to stay in a fantastic location

  Liked: A really lovely apartment complex in a great location. It’s just a 5-minute walk from two beautiful beaches tucked away in small coves. The complex has a large, well-kept grounds with a bar, a small restaurant and plenty of on-site parking. There’s also a large swimming pool surrounded by greenery, with a lifeguard on duty. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a fully equipped kitchen, all the necessary appliances and plenty of utensils. Everything was clean, including the towels and bed linen, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

  Disliked: The only real issue was the swimming pool. Although the water looked clean, there was a greenish buildup on the walls and around the edges of the pool, which looked like algae and clearly needs proper cleaning and treatment. Unfortunately, it stained our swimsuits so badly that we had to throw them away.
