  Liked: Argentine receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Porto Colom is a very quiet and peaceful place, and the town center has a few restaurants.

  Disliked: The hotel rooms do not have minibars, and there is no hotel parking, even though the listing clearly states that parking is available. We did not have difficulty finding street parking, but we were expecting the convenience of having hotel parking. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The breakfast did not meet our expectations, as the food was not of a very high standard. The breakfast attendant, Lourdes, was extremely rude and treated guests differently depending on their room. She did not allow us to sit at the table we wanted and even made us leave a table we had already sat at, saying that guests from our room were not allowed to sit there. On another occasion, she showed us to a table but would not let us get our breakfast until we had sat down at that table.

  Disliked: My confirmed reservation was cancelled by the hotel less than two days before my arrival, which I found extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had already planned my trip around this confirmed booking, and the last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and forced me to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. A confirmed reservation should be something guests can rely on, especially when the cancellation happens so close to the arrival date. While an alternative was eventually offered, the situation was still very inconvenient and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here unless you are prepared for the possibility of your reservation being cancelled at the last minute.

  Portocolom, Mallorca—beautiful views, peaceful vibes, and unforgettable memories

  Liked: Great sea view and a really good buffet, it was a clean place. It was nice to swim, the beach was really close and the sights were actually great when you looked outside the hotel

  It was a good stay would reccomend

  Liked: It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good. Aircon worked well especially for summer. I’d definitely recommend the stay

  Disliked: Facilities are mid compared to what is shows, paid extra for an ocean view did get it but was on the 2nd floor. I think there definitely should be drying rack for balconies to dry beach clothes and lastly the location was okay. It is walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store but it’s not that much. You’d definitely need to a car to access the other beaches and the roadside parking situation is okay but there are time we’d had to search a little bit longer to find a park.
