  Liked: Great views - I especially loved being able to go down the ladder directly into the sea. The breakfast was decent and usually had a few vegan/vegetarian options. The staff at the bar in the evening/night were very kind and were always very generous with the drinks since we were paying (not all inclusive).

  Disliked: Check-in experience was not very good. The staff member who checked us in was videochatting on her phone while checking us in. The room was baking hot as the balcony door had not been closed properly, so the air con wasn't activated. When it did work it was not very strong/not cold enough for us. Would also appreciate some water in the fridge on arrival as shops were closed when we arrived. The only option was a communal jug of water at reception as the bar was also closed. I also found the bed to be very hard but that is personal taste

  A fantastic holiday break worthy of a return visit

  Liked: Brilliant staff attentive to our every need in a wonderful location with fantastic views and very good facilities. We were made to feel at home throughout our stay in a room with a sea view and lovely balcony. Good range of food and provision of meals throughout the day.

  Disliked: The choice and presentation of desserts was limited and not so appealing in taste terms, compared to the quality of the other courses.
