  Exceptional studio in beautiful, convenient location

  Liked: The studio is in a beautiful location, overlooking a field with goats and a river (for a swim!) with mountain views in the background. Comfortable outdoor furniture to sit and relax or have meals. It's an easy walk to Potes along the river. Although not large, the studio is very well laid out and equipped to a high standard. Two large windows make the most of the view and let in lots of light. Everything you need is there. The studio is attached to the owner's house so you have their garden in front but you also have privacy and parking under a car port. Fernando and his wife are perfect hosts. They are very friendly and welcoming and provide any information or help you might need. They even did some washing for us, which we desperately needed having arrived after a few days walking in exceptional heat! Even though they had to go away for a few days, we felt very well looked after. We'd highly recommend a stay here if you want a Potes base.

  Disliked: We found the mattress a bit too firm for us but that's a personal preference.

  The host was very kind and the apartment so comfortable, in a wonderful setting

  Liked: The setting is fantastic, with a beautiful view of mountains, and a soundtrack of the river, birds, and crickets. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. The feel is rustic but not overdone, it felt so cozy I almost didn't want to leave to see the Picos de Europa! The host was very kind and helpful, for example he suggested checking the live cam of the Fuente De cable car before going. I did and had a beautiful clear view (not to be taken for granted in this part of Spain) and a fantastic hike. I wasn't sure at first about the location (Ojedo), but it was perfect, a small town with enough amenities, and within walking distance of Potes, which is bigger. A lovely stay, I can't wait to come back!

  Excellent

  Liked: The location is excellent. It is attached to the owner's home but separated by a garage/storeroom. The windows overlook the river valley and it feels very private. The view is very pleasant. Parking is very good and secure - right outside the apartment. The location is very quiet.

  Disliked: There could be more storage for clothes.

  Amazing location, quiet apartment by the river

  Liked: The location, spotless, decoration. Cami, the lady in charge of arranging the apartment is wonderful and helpful.

  Disliked: Everything was kind of perfect to be honest, just to say a few things for the owners to take care of, leave extra table clothes and bin bags. Make a washing available for the guests would be a bonus. A mosquito net in the main door would be very much appreciate it.

  Liked: Wonderful warm welcome from Fernando. Next to a river peaceful and wonderful mountain views. Parking on property. The cottage is tastefully decorated and clean. It was a pleasure to come back to in the evening after a day’s sightseeing. Highly recommended.
