Liked: Everything! Value for money, position, facilities, ambience

Liked: Nice location within easy walking distance to Potes 15 mins.Quiet family operated business with very attentive friendly staff.No problems whatsoever and would stay here again.

Good position near supermarket and laundromat. Not far to walk to the wonderful town of Potes
Liked: Friendly reception, easy card access and good parking very near.
Could have been so much more enjoyable
Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful. Especially our waitress in the restaurant. The food was very good. The room was clean. What a shame it was let down as the position is good too.
Disliked: The over riding memory will be the aircon or not! The air con remote is kept at reception and then the aircon is only accessible at certain times! Although they say it is not included it is listed on booking.com as a service, so should be available as needed. The room gets particularly hot in the weather we had so maybe the time rule should be relaxed when in a heatwave. The room made us feel ill and being told to open the window didn't help. We booked this hotel because it had Aircon.
Handy location with a short ride into Santander
Liked: Good location. Great bar underneath. Good restaurants nearby
Disliked: Air con only available for a short period. Had to ask for the remote and then it shut down at midnight
Good pit stop. We enjoyed it enough to revisit on our return leg
Liked: Location is great if you’ve just come off the Santander ferry. A short 1 1/2 hr ride to Ojedo. Great bar underneath the property and great restaurants a short walk away
Disliked: Air con was available but you have to ask for the controller and it turn off at midnight and doesn’t come back on in the morning. It was rather warm
