Room with no windows, depressing and suffocating
Liked: Location was nice, with pretty surroundings.
Disliked: Left after one night of a two-night stay (at a loss, since no refund) because this room was completely unlivable. I booked a "Superior Triple Room" with "quiet street views" according to the description. instead I was put in a top-floor attic room with zero windows—just a tiny skylight that opened a few centimeters. On a hot day, it turned into an suffocating, airless oven. I barely got three hours of sleep. The room felt depressing, outdated, and cheap. The shower was a tiny, '70s-era tube that wouldn't fit a larger person, and to top it off, I found used, empty shower gel packets left inside. At over €120 a night, I've stayed in far better 2-star hotels with actual windows, proper bedding, and basic cleanliness. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

Disliked: Arrived excited to see the property after a 4hr ride through spectacular scenery around 3pm to be greeted by staff with unwelcoming faces. Asking what time we could eat…. 8:30pm 😳 with nothing to offer. By 6pm there were 20+ people milling around wanting to eat. This place is NOT welcoming and doesn’t care. Take your business somewhere in the beautiful town at the bottom of the hill.
