Fabulous
Magnificent mountain hotel with great charm in a wonderful setting
Liked: Brilliant mountain hotel with wonderful charm in the lounge, bar and dining areas. Wish we had stayed more than one night travelling through.
Disliked: Breakfast coffee. Firmer beds, though I slept fine.
Convenient for Picos de Europa and reasonable price
Liked: I booked Hotel San Glorio as a last minute booking because I was travelling through the area and needed to stop. Despite the booking only being made 45 minutes before I arrived, my room was ready and the paperwork was ready to be completed quickly. The room was large, clean, everything worked and the price was reasonable. The location in the national park of the Picos de Europa which makes it good for exploring the area. The Hotel is created in an amazing hunting lodge style.
Disliked: It was not a big problem but the shower was a little bit old, maybe it would be better to have a refresh of the shower hose and the spray.
Perfect stop on the Camino
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even picked me up from Portilla de la Reina, as I was walking the Camino Vadiense. The traditional cooking was excellent and the breakfast a treat. A perfect resting place after crossing the mountains.

Liked: Great place to stay- high in the mountains. Third time and always great - bar - dinner - breakfast all fantastic. And say hi to the BEAR!
