  Excellent place to take a moment from the from the business of the city

  Liked: Bright & spacious, room to walk, exercise, swim on site. Staff helpful. Option for dinner & breakfast on site. Close access to public transport.

  Really luxury but for a week

  Liked: It’s really luxury and great for a week, food was really delish but I would lower the price a little bc there’s so many students. Good and so many stuff to do and just sit outside. U can play tennis at night? Of hit the gym the time u want as well. Laundry room. So many it’s so entertaining!! And a cute balcony and comfy bed

  Disliked: If u don’t have a car don’t go, just bc it’s more difficult to get there. So many ants, like so many it’s disgusting. No forks, no spoons, no kettle. The minimum you need at least for a stay, but can’t make coffee at home or tea basically. CANT COOK ANYWHERE!!!

  Good idea to stay here if you’re visiting zoo

  Liked: The pool is super nice. The rooms feel fresh and the common areas are very spacious and beautiful

  Disliked: Since this is student accommodation there’s absolutely nothing there. No cups, no glasses, nothing. If you want to drink a cup of tea in the evening or eat some fruit, it’s very hard due to lack of any dishes. The location is not too convenient, but Madrid buses are mapped in real time on Google Maps, so this helps

  Good

  Liked: It has free parking in the garage, great facility, comfortable bed and chairs, mini-fridge. Very nice.

  Disliked: The shower doesn’t drain and the water from the shower leaks through the entire bathroom. They didn’t answer my calls during the day (11am) and during the night there’s only a security guy, not a receptionist.

  Good

  Liked: The condo was super modern and nice. It has a 24h gym and other commodities if you need like remote working rooms. The bathroom and the room were good quality with a nice balcony and well clean.

  Disliked: The location is not so good, its a bit far to get to Madrid center. You have to get a tram and then a metro but the tram is not quick to show up again so you might not be so lucky and take way more time. On top of that you have to walk another 10 minutes to the accomodation. The room is super small. Has a small kichenette but its completely empty so it becomes useless. there is not really a reception as this is a student acco so the reception can be tricky sometimes to check in and find the entrance

  Liked: Fresh, modern apartments and an overall good complex. Super clean 🙌🏻

  Disliked: The room is cold, and the maximum temperature is limited to 23°C. That’s pretty cold for winter time. There’s no hairdryer, kettle, iron, or slippers. It looks like the apartment is being rented out to guests while it’s still under renovation. The room isn’t finished. A funny detail: there’s a kitchen hood, but no stove. There’s nothing nearby — you need to drive or take a taxi for 30 minutes to get anywhere, or about an hour by public transport.
