  Enjoyed my stay

  Liked: The location is 30 min by bus to the center. The hotel is located in a lovely, upscale neighborhood with everything you could possibly need nearby. There’s really no need to go to Madrid city center for everyday essentials. There’s a small shopping mall within walking distance with some great restaurants, as well as plenty of other nice restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The neighborhood is beautiful, convenient, and has a really nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed the location and would definitely recommend it!

  Loved it!

  Liked: Very easy check in and lovely, helpful staff. The style of the building and the rooms is very cute. Had everything we needed, plus many restaurants and cafes around. Great value for money

  Disliked: The location was kind of far from the places we needed, but there is public transport nearby.

  Nice and convenient. But too expensive

  Liked: Clean, comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Spa iPod room and very good shower

  Disliked: No iron board or iron. And no spoons or bowls to have cereal for breakfast given that the hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast. Very expensive for what it is. Bathroom is nice but the rest of the decor feels like a yours hostel

  Liked: Beds were really comfy. The man at the entrance working was lovely and helped us get room card.

  Disliked: The tv was basically on floor level and you couldn't even properly angle it up so you basically had to sit on the floor. The vibes were just really dismal, it was like hiding away from the world. And the price was insanity, okay you're in an expensive zone in Madrid, close to the centre with great transport links, close the the main high street, but like its the southernmost point in Pozuelo, you're facing the main road/motorway. The actual stay was good and it had a kitchen as it was a small studio but the price was just too much, and that was considering we got a great discount. We could've had a hotel somewhere much nicer for less.
