Good
We have stayed in much better hostels at the same or lower price. But it is OK if you need a room
Liked: It was available when we needed a room. The location is also very good. It is a good building. No issues with check-in or check-out. You check in in a bar and they will walk you to the hostel which is around the block.
Disliked: Shower drain could not keep up with water flow. Bed comfort was marginal. For the cost, it should have been better. It is still a solid option if you need a room in Puenta la Reina and can't find a better place.
Friendly welcome and kind staff with a bar for drinks and restaurant for dinner - camino friendly!
Liked: The staff really helped us out - we made a mistake with a bus ticket booking and the manager helped us getting a taxi the following morning. The young waiter at night was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: The shower head was a bit dodgy and the taps needed a bit of attention but good for the price and having a good welcome when you arrive from a long day on the camino is worth its weight in gold so no complaints.
Disliked: No soundproof, no kettle

Liked: The location. Well placed just a few steps of the famous bridge. Many bars around besides the one where check in was made. Staff polite.
Disliked: There was only a few drops of hot water on the shower (cold water thoigh like a cascade so there was no problem with water, just HOT WATER). The bed had used linen. My luck the other one was CLEAN. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. Never been in this situation ever and I do travel a lot all continents
It would be aceptable if they sort out the issue with the heating water system
Liked: Location
Disliked: The apartment didn’t have hot water in the bathroom and after a long day waking the Camino this was very uncomfortable. Worst thing was they knew this already! Apartment number 20. They offered us a free breakfast instead but honestly it did not compensate!
